I applied online. I interviewed at Human Rights Watch
Interview
Very thorough and detail-oriented, make sure you know to tell your stories and convince that you have the relevant skills and want to be part of a dynamic team, not just repeating your resume.
I applied online. I interviewed at Human Rights Watch (Ginebra) in Jun 2019
Interview
Standard interview questions (strengths/weaknesses, etc) and then some questions about the position duties and what human rights cause you are passionate about. The position was offered directly following the interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What human rights causes are you passionate about?
Interview process was as follows
1) Pre-recorded video screen with timed responses
2) Two-hour skills test scheduled (limited flexibility on time)
3) Panel interview with potential colleagues
Overall a pleasant process, professional communication, though somewhat unclear about their expectations for their entry-level role
