I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Inmar (Winston-Salem, NC) in Aug 2011
Interview
Started with a phone interview with HR. Then I was called in to interview with the supervisor, manager and VP. All the interviews were split up between 2 days which made it very difficult to hide from my current job at the time. All the references had to be professional ones in the field you were being hired for and they called all of them. They checked on all my education. I had to take a drug test.

Questions were different on first and second round. Panel interview both times for both onsite interviews. Managers were friendly in the interview process.
