The aptitude test was a timed process where one was required to solve a number of problems (Arithmetic and Logical) within a certain duration
The Group Assessment involved a group of 5 candidates discussing a case study and providing solutions to the problem highlighted in the case study
The Managers Interview was a competency based interview where one was grilled to determine if they are fit for the role (Skills, attitude, confidence). The candidate is required to do a 5 minute presentation on a topic of his/her choice
