Interview
Had a phone interview, the interviewer came off a little cold and condescending. Surprisingly, he wanted to move forward with the next steps of the interview process which is the in-person panel interview. Unfortunately, he never called back nor did he respond to my follow-up email. I thought it was very unprofessional and rude.Kind of shows what type of people you would be working with. Wasted my time and efforts when I could have spent it elsewhere.

Interview
It was a group interview with 3 other nurses. It was not competitive, as we were not all vying for the same position. I found it odd, but not intimidating. I felt sometimes that others were forced to speak about more personal matters in front of the group. For example, about why the nurse was leaving her current situation. I wasn't entirely comfortable listening in.
