Kaiser Permanente interview questions

The process involved a phone interview then an in person interview - then they flew me to Oakland to meet with several members of their team and then two weeks later I was offered the job.

There are 30 candidates. The interview is 4 hours long. There are 2 parts. It is a group interview in front of a panel of clinical managers. First part they ask you basics like why you chose nursing and what unit you wanna work in. Second part, you choose a question out of a basket.
