Interview
Process duration takes a long time (April-July).
The first stage is online assessments. It is a personality test, EQ test.
Second, it is a digital interview. The question is about your achievement in university, in internship, a general question about working in a diverse environment.
Third stage, the HR interview, they ask deeply from my key achievement that I've presented myself (in term of mindset more than technical) and ask your experience about teamworking.
Last, the assessment day, it took a full day to do 3 activities (business case presentation, group discussion, panel interview). You have only 1 hour to prepare your business case presentation. My part of Technical&production management trainee had got a case to create a new product idea/new initiative/new improvement project for the specific factory that were provided in the case. The group discussion is an additional question from the case. You need to discuss and find the solution with your group. The panel interview is quite hard. They really want a specific answer from real experience not only the mindset.
Every interview stage, the assessors really asks a good question. They provide you a lot of chances to express your mindset and your experience. On the other hand, it is a very detailed question
