Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No specific questions, just if I wanted the opportunity and was comfortable with the office routine.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oxfam (Pekín, Pekín) in Mar 2016
Interview
Pretty informal. A nice talk with future supervisor. I previously did an internship in a similar place. As long as you have the interest and know a bit about the organization, it should be easy. It turned out that we have several friends in common. I guess international development has a some circle. The interviewer introduced the organization. After we negotiated the work time, I accepted the offer on spot.
We had a brief discussion about my motivation to work there and my thoughts around the mission of Intermon. The interviewer also asked me about my background and area of preference.
