I applied online. I interviewed at Oxfam in Feb 2020
Interview
Several interviews with Oxfam staff at HQ and in country offices after an initial screening. I found the panel interview at the end to be disorganized and unclear. It gave me the impression they were going through the motions and had already selected a candidate. I felt like a token (I am a person of color)
I applied online. I interviewed at Oxfam (Bagdad) in Mar 2019
Interview
The written test of one hour, I had to write a press release, and then two weeks later I had an interview with a panel composed of 3 people. The interview lasted one hour, with lots of questions. The process was thorough, long, and quite difficult.

Question 1
What do you foresee as difficulty in your position you may need support for?
Long recruitment process from interview notification to interview. No constructive feedback from the panel on how responses can be improved by candidates for future interviews. Would be helpful if written feedback can be provided to candidates that made it to second round.

describe a time where a project didnt go to plan and the mitigation measures you put in place to deliver to the client.
