I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oxfam (Washington, DC)
Interview
I was asked primarily behavioural questions regarding my interest in the position, academic work and previous internship experience. The interview was conversational and informative. The individual I spoke with provided me with a deep understanding of the role and responsibilities of the internship. I was offered the internship within a few days of interviewing.
