Interview
Short, after doing the math screening, of which only a few were required (I did like 18 of 20 and I am positive all perfect-was a math major) I was somehow rejected out of the interview process

Question 1
What skills do you have that make you feel qualified for this job?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Fair Lawn, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
Sent in my resume and almost immediately was contacted by a recruiter. Had a great conversation and she sent me the assessment. Recruiter called back within a day and told me I had an INCREDIBLE score on the test. They wanted to bring me in right away. Met with 1 Manager who told me I would be perfect; followed that with a ride along day where the rep implied I was a bit old for the position (?!?!). Recruiter called the next day and said she would be setting me up for my final interview in a week. Days went by ...no update. I called her ...nothing. I called the manager who initially interviewed me....nothing. I sent emails. Finally, the recruiter called and told me they were promoting someone from within.
The next day I looked up the manager on LinkedIn and he had the job posted with the date and mentioned "Call me immediately for info on this great opportunity!".

How would you describe your work ethic...
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paychex (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
applied online to three different positions, payroll specialist being one and only that I received an email from a recruiter with a 24 hour window to take a test, your basic math english assessment with a mixture of outlook and excel test questions. About 2 hours later, I received an digital interview link from the same recruiter with still 24 hours to respond. It was 7 wide ranged question that you complete by webcam or cv text. After that I received an email that it was completed and will reviewed over the next few days. I know it seems like a lot of bad reviews but I would love to get trained in a field like this and make a career. Its a start to me and hopefully a blessing. I am still waiting. It has not been long enough
