Paychex interview questions

The interview process was great and they really described what the job was like and what my daily duties were . It also a great product to sell and businesses need PEO for their HR departments

Recruiter call, then hiring manager, then peer manager, then in-person aspect (either with hiring manager or his boss). only made it to the third round so didn't get to do the in-person part. My location and experience were on my resume and both discussed in the hiring manager interview. He said that he prefers to hire people without PEO experience and that I would be traveling long distances only once a month. After moving past the next stage, I was then denied and told that it was because I didn't have PEO experience and that he needed the applicant to be in a different location because they need to travel 2-3 times a week. Extremely frustrating.
