Paychex interview questions

Very calm and professional, very responsive and timely with emails and phone calls. Manager called when promised and did not drag out the process. Moved on to second process same day.

Very thorough interview process. Detailed. 3 rounds of interviews. First interview was a phone call and was informal. Asked me questions that would showcase personality and culture fit. 2nd interview was with the zone manager. Presentation was done that highlighted career and accomplishments. Multiple questions were asked around my background and talents. 3rd interview was with the director. Same presentation format. This one was more of a digging into character type of interview. All in all, the interview process was similar to the sales process. Discovery call. Present. Close. The interview wasn’t easy per se, but challenged me to really paint the picture of my signature brand. I enjoyed the interview process a lot as it gave me perspective on the company and the team I would be on.
