The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Katy, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Submitted a application then a month later was contacted for a interview with a technical product manager. Was informed on the spot they would not be proceeding. Kind of felt my time was wasted because the job description clearly said they were looking for product owners or business analysts. I am a senior business analyst with more than double the experience in years they asked. If they only want product owners to apply do not say you will consider business analysts. Most of my questions were behavioral but if you have a product owner background you’ll probably get asked those questions more.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2018
Interview
I was scouted for an interview, to which I accepted and it was a very strange experience. The manager was nice, but then towards the end of the interview process it got weird. I was trained on a "presentation" that I was asked to prepare for at the end stage of the interview process with a regional manager. The presentation was scheduled 7 days out. On day 1 out of 7, at 8pm at night, I received a text to come in the following morning to give that final presentation. I made it to the presentation, to where the regional said there would be no presentation. I was a little thrown off. A few questions into the interview, she told me (in a negative manner) that I "seem like the type of person that wants to know everything before going into a situation." I found it odd that after just 3 minutes into the interview, she would attempt to make a negative assumption about me. (also I don't think wanting to be prepared is something to be negative about) Then, I receive a call that a position was offered to a male. I am not one to make a fuss of female vs male in the office, but it was weird how they expressed how it was a male. Looking back on the situation, I feel as if I was interviewed to meet of quota female interviews for the position.

Question 1
basics of background, fairly basic interview questions. More was about preparation for a presentation that never seemed to exist.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Paychex (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2018
Interview
There were set to be three rounds of interviews for this mid-tier sales role. They try to funnel you into accepting before it's over. The first phone meeting will have you schedule rd. 2 (in person) with an office manager. You will shadow the position you're interviewing for and at the end of rd. 2, they ask if you can see yourself succeeding. If you say yes with confidence, they will verbally offer you the job, invite you back for rd. 3 which I understood to be like a first-day on the job -- paperwork, more shadowing.
