I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (North Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2019
Interview
interview process took about 2 weeks. From first interview to hire date was about a month, just because of already preset training dates. I had an initial email sent to me after I submitted my resume, then a phone interview was set up with the onboarding specialist by email, after that there was a phone interview set up and then another email confirming I would have an in person interview. The same day of my in person interview, which was done by two supervisors in a conference room, I then shadowed and employee actually on the job. After shadowing i had a face to face, one on one interview with the head supervisor. To my surprise, not long after i left my interview I had a phone call and was offered a postion, contingent upon a urine drug screen and background check.
