there were a few interviews in order to get offered the position. The first over the phone and then there was a series of 3 face to face interviews. From that point forward you needed to assert yourself and show that you deserve the opportunity.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paychex
Interview
Within a week of applying for the positions a recruiter for the company reached out to schedule a phone interview with her. (That went great!) Then i waited 2 weeks to hear back if I was moving forward. had to do a sales exam. I did indeed move forward and got an interview with the district sales manager a month later. Again interview went really great; talked about moving forward, opportunities, etc... a week later I had a ride along. I spent an entire work day riding with a sales rep and seeing what the day would look like, had lunch with clients, went door-to-door. it was a great day!
I sent my thank you notes to both the sales rep and the manager again. 2 weeks went by and didn't hear anything. the third week I reached out to the recruiter to see where I stand in the interview process. It has been a month since my ride along...and I have received no response. I am excepting that I have been ghosted from this company.
It is truly sad that such a great company cant send a rejection letter to interviewees. This isn't dating. This is someones lively hood here! I truly hope this isn't how you treat your clients.

Interview
Fairly long interview process. Phone interview with their internal recruiter, aptitude test, 2 in-person interviews with managing team. Although this process was lengthy, it made sense as they are trusting you to represent the company in the territory on your own. Very friendly environment but asked tough questions to test your responsiveness, quick thinking, question answering skills, and overall demeanor in a stressful situation. Long process but moved quickly to each stage. Overall great company to work for
