Question 1
Can you explain me what are the advantages that Salesforce can offer?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 main steps. At first you have 1-2 calls with a recruiter and a recruiting manager. Basic questions about CV, motivation for the role etc. The next call (video) is with the hiring manager. A bit more tough already, asking about the role interpretation, about KPIs, etc.. For me the last stage was again a video interview, consisting of 2 different calls. The first one was to present a business case that you have to prepare in advance. The second call is the last stage where you speak with a manager from the Sales Development Team. Process took overall about 4 weeks.

Question 1
Wy Salesforce? Why Sales? Strengths and Weaknesses? Important KPI in this role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublín, Dublín) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. Candidates were made confortable and had the opportunity to express their potentialities / ideas in many occasions.
I presented a case study together with my group in front a two hiring managers. The presentation had a role play format and managers made us questions as they were SF's potential clients.
Other two individual interviews followed, during which more personal/ motivational questions were asked.
