Interview
The process was very clear and the HR contact always available to answer questions. I had 3 interviews (one phone call with a recruiter and two video calls with Managers). They really try to get to know you which is something I really appreciated. So far one of the recruitment processes I liked the most. Positive experience and very excited to join Salesforce teams.

Interview
Ich wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin für die Position empfohlen. Nach 3 Wochen kam dann die Einladung zum ersten Gespräch. Insgesamt fanden drei Gespräche statt.
1. 30-minütiges Telefoninterview mit dem Recruiter. Das Gespräch war eher allgemein gehalten, also Fragen zur Position, warum Sales, warum Salesforce, Fragen zum eigenen Background.
2. Google Hangout mit dem Hiring Manager, ca 50 Minuten. Das zweite Gespräch ist das intensivste, viele Teamfragen, warum Sales, warum IT, Fragen zu Kompetenzen
3. Google Hangouts mit dem SDR Manager der DACH Region, ähnlich wie das 2. Interview, allerdings nur 30 Minuten.
Insgesamt war der Bewerbungsprozess sehr gut organisiert, ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt.

Interview
I went through a referral. The first interview was a google meet video with my recruiter who remained in touch throughout the process, second was a google meet with the hiring manager and third and final was another google meet with two senior managers. All interviews lasted approx. 30 minutes.
