I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Sídney) in Apr 2018
Interview
The process begins with a phone interview where the recruiter asks general questions. If successful, candidates are moved into the next stage - a group interview that goes for an hour. In this second stage, you'll be assigned a case study for which you'll be required to present as well as draft a prospecting email.
The amount of time I got to prep between the phone interview and the group interview was half a day (which seemed to be the case with most other candidates I met in the group interview). It's not too much of a problem as the interview focuses mainly on a case and introduction to Salesforce. I actually found this to be easier with the adrenaline. Note that this is also the stage where you'll get the opportunity to meet hiring managers, ask them any questions you might have and really get noticed.
The final stage of the process is an hour long interview with two hiring managers. There were a lot of behavioural questions asked, so prep and be ready for that. If you do, the interview shouldn't be too hard. As usual, have questions ready to ask both managers at the end of the interview to show you're curious and switched on!

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you received constructive feedback.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublín, Dublín) in May 2018
Interview
Process was very pleasant and fast. Communication was excellent with the recruiter. I first had a phone interview with my recruiter, before having a video interview with the hiring manager. I felt that this interview was poorly conducted, with little engagement from the manager. I felt he did not listen to my answers to the questions. I believe that he had already decided that I was unsuitable for the job. This was frustrating and I felt like I had wasted my time.
Perhaps there should be more communication between the managers and the recruiters so that they know who they are looking for.

Interview
The interview process took approx. 2 hours. The first interview was a basic introductory interview with a manager. The second consisted of a presentation, with follow up questions. This was very intense - expect to be thoroughly grilled my management. Finally, the third interview was with a senior member of management. This interview was very much about your experience, why the interest in sales and in Salesforce as a company.
After contacting my recruitment officer on numerous occasions I have yet to recieve any sort of reply - very poor. Expected to have a better experience with Saleforce, especially with their ‘Ohana’ culture being widely promoted.
