I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Salesforce (Sídney) in Jul 2018
Interview
Two main components, the first was a group interview and the second was an hour long one-on-one. I believe the culture fit is a huge component of what they look for. They want to see you're passionate about sales but also your personal experiences and what drives you.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Super smooth and welcoming. I interviewed over the phone with a Futureforce Talent Scout who was really interested in getting know me, having a genuine conversation, but also interested in what I understood and specifically knew about Salesforce as a company. After my phone interview, I was set up with a virtual interview via Skype. I interviewed with two managers who made me feel comfortable and as if Salesforce is exactly where I am meant to be. I was very prepared for my interview, so I had answers ready for personality-related questions, as well as Salesforce-related questions. I received an offer just a few days after this interview.

Question 1
What do you know about Salesforce's culture, and how do you think your personality will be compatible with this structure?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublín, Dublín) in Jun 2018
Interview
Three stage interview process (over the phone screening, video interview, and assesment day). Each stage was very well communicated throughout which made for a seamless experience in that I knew what was happening at all times. The assesment day although quite intense was a welcoming environment which made it easy to forget that I was being formally interviewed. Being well prepared and spending time thoroughly researching really stood to me throughout the day and gave me an edge over other contestants. I would also recommend looking at some case studies in detail and from there try to incorporate them into your answers.
