Interview
Nachdem ich mich online beworben hatte, wurde ich per Mail von einem Recruiter kontaktiert und wir haben einen Termin zum Telefoninterview abgemacht. In der nächsten Runde hatte ich dann eine Video Interview mit einem Hiring Manager aus Dublin. Der letzte Schritt war ein Assessment Center in Dublin mit ca. 20 Bewerbern. Während des Tages hatte man Zeit, einen Eindruck vom Office in Dublin zu gewinnen, und mit verschiedensten Salesforce Mitarbeitern zu sprechen. Ich hatte drei Einzelinterviews und einen Group Case dessen Lösung in einer Präsentation vorgestellt wurde.

Question 1
Stellen Sie sich kurz vor. Warum möchtest du im Sales arbeiten? Warum möchtest du bei Salesforce arbeiten? Wie verhältst du dich im Team? Wo siehst du dich in einigen Jahren? Was kannst du zu Salesforce beitragen? Kannst du dir vorstellen, in Dublin zu arbeiten? Wieso tech Branche?

Interview
The interview process started with an initial phone call with the recruiter, which lasted about 30 minutes. The initial screening covered the basics (going through CV and motivation to join Salesforce). The recruiter I was in contact with Pippa Haggart was extremely nice and helpful and explained the position in detail. The second stage was a Google meet video interview with the hiring manager. The final, third stage, was a video interview with a Sales Development Manager, followed by a case study presentation exercise. You receive the case study before the assessment and have 1 week to prepare.

Interview
The interview process was quite thorough yet efficient.
It consisted of:
1. 20-30 minute phone screening.
2. Group interview + case study
3. Interview with hiring manager (2 managers) then a peer interview (2 peers).
The phone screening was easy going and was great to get an idea of the role.
The group interview was was with about 8 candidates, 2 recruiters and 2 managers. They introduced Salesforce and everybody talked about their motivations for working there. Then there was a group case study about reaching out to a prospective customer and we had to present our strategy. Within a day, they organised a follow up interview with the managers. The interview with the managers was really thorough but did not feel intimidating, which is a good reflection of the culture. Then there was a meeting with two current employees. They called back with an offer within two weeks.
All up, it was a great experience. Regards to Cassie for being really friendly and great to deal with.
