I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublín, Dublín) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview process was very relaxed and they didn't make you feel like you are being interviewed. You feel very comfortable. The first stages were over the phone/video call and then the third stage was the assessment day. The assessment day consisted of several interviews and one presentation on a case study you could prepare ahead of time. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job although I felt like I did great on the interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublín, Dublín)
Interview
Amazing interview process all round. From start to finish. Started with a call with Pippa Haggart, really relaxed, but good interview. Then video interview with soon to be manager. Was quite tough and was surprised to be passed to the next stage.
Final stage was group assessment centre. Split the day up into a business case and three back to back interviews on business acumen culture and future at the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Singapore)
Interview
I got referred to attend a networking event at the Salesforce office and not too long after a recruiter reached out to me requesting an interview. I had one round with two people (director + team member) and it went very smoothly with mostly fit questions being asked. I was given good feedback but wasn’t selected initially, however a couple months later I was brought in again to interview with another director. After a more direct and slightly more intense interview I was given verbal confirmation an offer was forthcoming. Overall the process was quite efficient with clear communication throughout.
