Salesforce Business Development Associate interview questions

The interview process consists of 3 stages, namely, Stage 1 - Background Screening (10 Min Phone Call) detailing degree/college, previous work experience and motivations for joining Salesforce. Stage 2 - Virtual Interview (C.40 Minutes) Stage 3 - Assessment Day with other candidates. The day consists of two interviews with sales managers in addition to a case study presentation with other candidates. Note: The case study is given to candidates a week before the assessment centre to allow for preparation.

After applying online I had a phone screening interview with my recruiter. The second step was a video call from a manager. The question were similar to the first interview, just more in depth. The third step was the Assessment Center in Dublin. In the morning we had two one on one interview, and in the afternoon we were assigned into groups where we had to present a previously given business topic. The business topic was given one week before the assessment center. Everyone had to prepare individually and then present the topic in groups of three.
