Interview
The interview process at Scotiabank was transparent and well-organized. It began with a phone screening, followed by a behavioral interview with the branch manager, focusing on customer service skills, teamwork, adaptability, and handling real-life client scenarios effectively.
First there was a phone call and then an in person with the branch manager and lead customer experience. Very basic questions but they were not sure what they were looking for and left me very confused.
Easy process, one interview over phone then at the branch, the phone interview was just a screening then an actual interview with the branch manager at the branch, not too many hard questions most of your standard stuff
