Very laid back and easy. Didn't end up taking it due to finding a higher paying position at the time, but was offered the job. They went through a packet of questions and mainly asked things related to technology and customer service. Also asked about career goals and where I saw myself going if I were to work for tmobile.

Process was easy and seamless. Difficult to get into the building. Security was kind and helpful. Interview is standard for a call center. Did a full walk around the building, discussed training schedule, and shadowed an employee.
