T-Mobile Customer Seevice Representative interview questions

Applied online Jan. 2nd and received a phone interview within three days. Was scheduled for a panel interview on Jan. 13th before two interviewers. Answered all their questions using previous experience and was very upbeat even lacking experience. Will be training May 8th.

At first T-Mobile will do a phone screening. This is important to sound upbeat and friendly to make it in the door. After the screening happens you are interviewed by two management types. All of the questions are based on past experience. You have to answer the questions based on what you have done and not what you would do.
