I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T-Mobile (New York, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online and was invited through referral. The store was a very very tiny one they only had about 6 registers total. (cant be good for hours) The assistant and store manager took me to a small room, asked for a copy of my resume and pulled out a packet of questions. they were pretty simple like tell me about your self thats like the main first one. How do you use wireless devices in your everyday life and what specs do you know about / prefer. Name a time you suggested an idea to your manager and it was implemented. After, he asked if i had any questions, i asked about their training among other things. Then he said if hes interested that he was email me. I tried through the whole interview to answer in a conversational way and give examples with results, some questions seemed very similar to the previous, the whole thing felt like they wernt really into it. Lets see what happens. See below for the question that caught me off guard.
