TTEC Technical Support Representative interview questions

took me 3 hrs for the entire process.. First, an initial Interview.. where in it doesn't have right or wrong answer.. Normally they will ask you questions based on your Resume and will ask you to describe yourself. Second, Berlitz .. since they would like to place me for a DSL account. This process will test your communication skills, grammar, pronunciation and enunciation . It is over the phone process, where in the assessor will ask you questions that will trigger a certain topic and out-of-the-topic questions.. You need to relax and think as if your telling a story to your friend abroad. Third, is an OPS interview. A process where in a team leader or operation manager will ask you series of questions like, what will make you stay in the company, things like that. Fourth, is exam and call simulation. Last is JOB OFFER! yehey!
