Target Backroom Team Member interview questions

2 stages, 1 with Team Lead and then with the ETL. Simple questions just know the answers all about customer service. Don't be afraid to take the extra step in your questions, but if the team leader doesn't like you, you won't get the job.

Started with a phone interview with basic screening questions about myself and was invited for an in person interview. Interviewed with one of the managers available that day and was asked simple interview questions about different situations and past employment. Mostly wanted to know about what hours I would be available to work.
