group interview like everyone else has described had to build a paper tower 6ft tall, mainly they was looking at how we all interacted yes it was a very in a way awkward interview as there was around 10 of us and nobody was really confident just be yourself and im sure you will get the job, you dont always have to be the one who speaks first or takes control its all about how you fit into a team.
