Interview
There was no interview. I Left the Infantry and re-enlisted to become a bio medical maintenance technician. My selection to the 2 year course were based on my based on my ratings and Army intelligence evaluations upon when I joined.

Interview
Straight forward. Recruiter - Want to join the Army? Me - Yes. Recruiter - Good, come in lets talk. Pretty easy from that point. Take the ASVAB test. Go to MEPS. Choose job you qualify for based on ASVAB. Get medical exam. Swear in. Go to Basic Training.

Interview
Compete on an order of merit list during Ordnance BOLC. Ensure that you excel in physical fitness. Be prepared to speak at length about what you understand about the EOD community. (Hint: ask questions to EOD officers BEFORE the interview). Be excellent. EOD doesn't accept anything less.
