I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Aug 2015
Interview
Came in thinking I was going for a Financial Analyst position and at the end the woman I interviewed with said they where looking for someone more qualified and told me they were considering me for an Accounts Receivable position. Would have been nice to know what I had been going in to interview for before the interview was pretty much over.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Uline
Interview
They called me in under 12 hours of applying for the job online. They have an initial phone screen then email you several assessments; writing, typing, and sales to do before you get a phone interview. After the phone interview you schedule an on site interview and they email you nearly 4 hours of forms to fill out and assessments to take: Excel, Access, Word, Typing, and Writing. You arrive at the interview and do 2 more 1 minute number puzzles. After that you sit with someone in collections for a bit then have the interview. They don't tell you until you show up that the job starts in collections for a year before you may have the chance to get the job you actually applied for. I cant believe I wasted my time on this place. You guys owe me $200 for the time wasted with you.
The interview process dealt with a lot of pointless IQ tests. I did the tests and went in for the interview where the recruiter (who didn't seem enthusiastic at all) interviewed me with 2 more tests. I thought the process was unprofessional for someone who received a 4-year degree from a university.
