Interview
Applied online following Google search. Was emailed back very quickly with the link to four assessments to complete before an in-person interview. Drove to closest Uline, took a mathematical reasoning exam which was immediately scored, and was called in for a very brief interview with a manager. Went on a warehouse tour, left with the feeling that I had performed very well.

Interview
Interviews are on Fridays. You'll sit in a room with 60+ other individuals and take 2 tests (sequences and differentiating between like numbers) timed at 4 minutes a piece. Afterwards they'll thin out the crowd by relieving those who did not meet the standard. Then a manager will interview you, if he or she likes you, they'll pass you to another manager to interview you. You'll have potentially 3 interviews the first day. If they decide they think you're a good fit they will contact you for another couple interviews with higher ups. Hiring process takes roughly 3-4 weeks.

Interview
I was interviewed by most of the senior staff also being called back. I was asked all sorts of questions and had to take tests to full assess my abilities. Speed, Passion, and Operational Excellence was discussed as being very important to the position along with the obvious of showing up and working hard. There was a brief show and tell about how the UPS department works and daily job functions were discussed.
