Uline General Warehouse interview questions

HAYES aptitude test ...which already tells me this company waste money on test like the Hayes its a number sequencing test that really doesn't show any ability . The company has had the same spot posted for going on 6 months and after reading some other reviews on Glassdoor I see that they waste peoples time with the interview process . An insider that works at this location that I later met said no one gets hired unless you have an in with management which he did he had worked with the manager before . You never know if thats true or not but to be so selective over a general warehouse spot is crazy . I have 5 years shipping and receiving experience...as well as being forklift certified . The interview its self was rushed like they had to do to do it as fast as possible . The lady interviewing me looked almost mad when I asked how many spots where open ..she said two there were 4 us there that day and we have all kept in touch with each other and none of us got the job . One guy had 17 years experience in the same type of warehouse work still they didnt even offer him.
