I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Ontario, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Overall pretty standard interview process. They offered great benefits and pay. The process did take a little long but it has been worth it. The warehouse gets extremely hot though.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Breinigsville, PA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I applied on June 19th and received a call on the 20th to come in for a job fair they were holding on the following Friday. They emailed me information and asked that I filled out paperwork before coming to the job fair. When I arrived there was about 10-15 people waiting for the doors to open, we headed in and handed our paperwork to the HR girls so we could check in and we were given a packet and were told to have a seat at one of the tables. In this packet there are two numbers test. The first you need to guess which number comes next and the second is matching sets of numbers. You have 4 minutes for each test and have to answer as many questions as possible before time runs out. Once this is done they collect the test and have them "graded" then from there they start to call names one by one. As I was sitting there waiting for my name to be called I had seen some of the other's leaving within 5 minutes of going to talk to a recruiter. I was second to last to be called. From here I was given a walking tour of the warehouse and told more about the job description. I was asked what made me apply for ULINE and about my past jobs. After I was done talking to one person I was handed off to another, here I was taken on more of a walking tour of the warehouse and was asked more about myself and why ULINE. After that I was taken back out by the HR offices where I had another sit down with another person. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours or so. I was told they would be in contact with me. I was called the following week to come in for a second interview where I met with two different warehouse managers and was able to see the actual production of what I would be doing. At the end of the interview I was asked if I wanted to come aboard and I agreed. I was called the following week to accept an offer with ULINE and was sent paperwork that needed to be filled out. The whole hiring/ interview process took about a month.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uline (Waukegan, IL) in May 2010
Interview
I was brought in with a group of about fifteen other applicants. After doing some challenges involving math we were taken to speak to a manger in person.
