Went to the job fair, took two assessments and then went back for an interview. They were very nice and let me know they’ll get back to me within a few days.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Edmonton, AB) in Jul 2018
Interview
Timed numbers tests in a group setting to determine the top the pack to interview and who to send away.
Past this, you speak to 2, 3, 4, or more people individually over the course of an hour who all ask you different questions. Pretty involved and aggressive interview approach. Put me off from the company and declined the offer

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Uline (Trevor, WI) in Jun 2019
Interview
It appears they are looking for younger people and those who have a degree I had 20 years of experience on a forklift and they weren’t even interested. Definitely an in the click group. It’s quite apparent that it’s not what you know its who you know when applying at Uline.
