Job Fair with many applicants. Invited for interview. Thorough interview process with job history, education, background. Great company atmosphere. Very clean, new facilities. Competitive pay and benefit package.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline (Ontario, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I showed up at 8am to an 8:30 am appointment at the HR department and handed over a copy of my resume along with a completed job application. The receptionist then instructed me to sort through a few sheets of papers where I found my name and provided my signature next to it. From looking at all of the names listed on those sheets I think there must have been about 30+ candidates scheduled to come in at the same time. After signing in I took a seat in what appeared to be a meeting room and waited as I watched the other candidates come in. At about 8:30 am the interview process started with everyone taking two numbers test followed by individual one on one interviews. At the end of the interview I was told to wait about a week for a response. It hasn't been a week yet so I'll see what happens.
