I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Feb 2014
Interview
Applied online and received a call for a phone interview a few days later. Was sent assessments, Jung Typology, a Writing test, Uline DiSC test and a "Sales Success Profile." From reading the reviews I expected all documents to be very professionally written, however the Sales Success Profile test had many typos, on one question they used "I" instead of "1" and there were many punctuation errors, very, very unprofessional.
The phone interview was about 20 minutes and was just questions about my resume and a description of the job. From the interviewers questions and descriptions the program is 2 years long and at the end you get a position supervising 20-25 people. It sounds more like a program to train high school graduates to be managers, not college educated people, and from the sounds of things they have very high turnover. Also I got the feeling from the rush of the interviewer he must interview lots of people for the position, but with only 10 currently in the program they either just interview to justify the HR department's existence or the turnover rate must be quite high.
Within hours I received a very impersonal mass rejection email, which was unexpected due to the previous communications I received. Left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, I do not think that I will reapply with Uline in the future.

Interview
I applied online on Uline's website, received a call the next day for an in person interview 2 days later. They sent an email with hard copy application even though they obviously had my resume. Went in for interview and took two math quizzes and then talked with a manager who informed me that as a manager they are expected to pick and pack and run a fork lift. Was asked basic questions and I felt rushed. I feel I was rushed out because of my age and degree. I did not see anyone working there over the age of 40. I also did not see any Black people and when I googled the owners, the Uihlien's and found that they give millions to conservative Republicans I figured out why I didn't see any people of color there.

Interview
Applied online and got a call back the next day to set up an interview. They sent out basic tests for personality and writing capability to complete before the interview. I showed up for the interview and took two tests, one on math and one on visual recognition of numbers, before the actual interview. The interview itself was very short and similar to a phone interview so it wasn't worth my time to physically come in.
I got a second interview where i was shown around the warehouse and all the rotational jobs that I would have to do as a trainee. then I met briefly with the department head. This again was very short. 30 minutes for the tour and only 10 with the department head.
I got an email two days later saying they were going to pass on me. Props for getting back right away even though I didn't get the job.

Question 1
Nothing was difficult to answer. They are not looking for someone who already knows what to do but someone who can be taught by them and then manage a team.
