Interview
I applied online, and received a call the next day to come in and interview. Before they interview formally, they will give you two tests (number matching and a number sequence), both are timed. If you score high enough on both, they will start calling you in for interviews. Uline is a great company, but is not for everyone.

Interview
I applied here despite the reviews on here about how they completely waste people's time and interview everyone but hire nobody. I applied online and within two days got a call to come in and do a 1 on 1 interview. They sent me a mountain of paperwork to fill out as well as a bunch of assessments/personality tests to complete before the actual interview. The interview was pretty pleasant and I felt like I had a good shot at moving forward in the process, but a few days later I received an email saying they were pursuing other candidates. I half expected it because of the glassdoor reviews, so I wasn't too butthurt. But seriously I have noticed that their warehouse management trainee and general warehouse positions have been up on their site for MONTHS... I mean, are they really even trying to fill these positions?

Interview
The hiring process pretty lengthy. Before going to the interview, they made me fill out two personality tests, a writing sample, and take a sales success profile. When I got to the interview, to my surprise I had to take two additional assessments! Furthermore, when I asked more about the position, they said that you would essentially be a warehouse worker (picking, packing, shipping) for about two years and then they would "consider" you for management. Interviewer was very nice and the interview consisted of standard questions (greatest strength, tell me about yourself, etc.)
