I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Oct 2014
Interview
I applied online and got a call a few days later stating that they would like an interview with me next week and I was so excited. Before the interview, they wanted me to do all these work including taking 2 personality test, a 50 question sales test, and a writing style test. Anyone with any kind of college experience can handle all of these but they are very time consuming but I finished them all and submitted them before my interview. When I went to my interview, only 2 out of the 4 people showed up and lucky the other guy was there for another position. We were taken into a room and given 2 more assessments before our interviews; a number matching assessment and a number pattern assessment. Each assessment is timed for 4 minutes each. I'm very good at math so I wasn't worried about the assessments after I finished them because I knew I did very well. The next part was the interview and they went over the position and asked if I could work those hours and so on. It was very basic. The guy said he would give my paperwork to managers and see if they would be interested in me and would contact me 10-15 business days with an answer. They emailed me on the 8th saying I was impressive but they're looking for other candidates.....
If they are gonna brush people to the side like that, they shouldn't make people do all those assessments. I honestly feel like I wasted so much time and effort for a position that I know I'm well over qualified for.

Question 1
There wasn't any difficult questions. Just have a keen eye for details with numbers. Remember 1121 and 1211 are not the same.
