Uline Warehouse Manager Trainee interview questions

I usually don’t take the time to post reviews but thought this might help some people who were looking for reviews like me to know what to expect about the company. At the beginning, I got scared by reading the comments but decided to give it a try anyways and go for the interview. Please understand it doesn’t matter how qualified you are to do the job, most companies are most interested now in if you are going to be a good fit for the company. You should be interested too if the culture will be a match for you because if not you’re not going to like the job and will quit as soon as you get the chance, so I recommend to research the company to avoid wasting time even in applying. I am more than qualified to do some jobs and still got rejected from other companies because I was not a match for the culture. It’s very frustrating but that’s the way it is. I like to think if I didn’t get the job it was because it was not meant to be and I was meant for something better. Since culture is very important they do ask you more about your background than your actual experience, be yourself! They want to get to know you. Uline is a great company but not for everyone. You have to be willing to work long hours, work in a fast paced environment, old school uniform policies, a very clean and organized place with demanding workload everyday. If this sounds like something you can do, you have a chance. My experience was more than I could have asked for. The people from HR and Management were professional and kind. Not in a moment I felt disrespected, they are direct and go straight to the point. It was a rewarding experience, and I learned a lot. I recommend you try it out if you feel you’re a match for the company’s culture as Uline seems to be a great company to work for, they have great benefits, people is kind and pay is great. Everything else regarding the three interviews, assessment tests, and additional test, warehouse tours is consistent with the other reviews.
