I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Feb 2018
Interview
I interviewed over the phone as the first step in the process; the phone interview wasn't too difficult mostly questions related to my resume and my work experience. Then for the second step of the process, I was invited to an in-person interview where I was asked to complete two assessments one was pattern recognition (guessing the next number in a sequence) and matching sequences of numbers. The assessments were then followed by an interview with a recruiter and then another interview with a manager and finally a tour of the plant. I suggest having questions related to the position and Uline to ask during the tour and the interviews.

Interview
I applied online after going to my university career fair, got a call back to come in for an interview. I did not have to do any assessments because I interviewed for an internship last year with uline. These assessments are boring and lengthy. they make you do three before the interview and two more when you show up.
The interview was way too short (10 minutes) for the recruiter to get an idea of my skills and interested and only asked 6 questions max. It was impossible to find any parking spot and had to park in an employee of the month spot. I waited in the lobby for 15minutes. I feel as if the recruiter did not even want to interview me but was forced too. This was a bad experience and the last time I will ever apply to them.

Interview
I took two assessments task prior to the actual interview with the hiring HR. It took 4 minutes timed each to determine your accuracy and efficiency. Mainly questions about your previous jobs and education.
