I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in May 2014
Interview
Came to a job fair with about 40 potential new hires. After taking the written test the give you I sat down with the director of redistribution which I didn't know at the time. The process was fairly simple since the person interviewing me wasn't 100% dialed into me he was doing alot of looking around since the job fair was going on. He basically looked over my resume and asked a few questions.

Question 1
They asked alot of basic questions such as tell me about yourself, strengths, weakness. Asked why I was going for a warehouse manager trainee position with a degree in a different field of work.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Ontario, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Applied online and received a phone call the next day. Asked to complete a couple assessment tests. Three interview process. First interview was with an HR rep. Had to complete another assessment test prior to first interview. Very basic/simple pattern type test. Very basic/straightforward HR questions. Second interview was with a current Warehouse Manager. Longer interview that went over my previous job experience and then asked why I'd fit into their company. Wasn't any situational/behavioral based questions. He said they prefer people with "limited" job experience so they can brainwash-I mean mold you. Didn't get a third interview.

Question 1
What is your greatest strength/weakness?
If we called your boss, what would he/she say about you?
What did you like/not like about previous job?
Why Uline?
Exactly as every one else describes. I did extremely well on the two test the day of the interview. (I know because I have taken similar ones multiple times) I felt overqualified. That maybe the reason I never heard back from them??
