I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline (Brampton, ON) in Jun 2015
Interview
Matching numbers quiz and patterns quiz. With all due respect, it is just a opinion it just didn't appeal to me that well. The whole mindset of the company seems a bit robotic, Individuals are assigned tasks are meant to be exectuced as effciently as possible. They care about every spec of detail. Cleanliness is a must, if possible go dressed up with tucked dress shirts and dress pants and belt/tie. I did not do this. I just went for interview I can tell right away their cloth policy is very strict. I believe rules are a positive but at the same time i believe that humans should be creative and think outside the box, this type of thinking is effcient for the business but it may be detrimental for the employees well being and overall atmosphere. But if you are a very detail orientated person, making sure everything is in order, organized, clean, and timely. This interview or jobs at uline may be of interest. But I personally felt a vibe that creativity isn't a priority. and this is a first time i wrote the review. So it all depends on the person. Personally felt the company was a bit too robotic. regardless best of luck and always follow your heart people.

First was asked basic questions about my employment & educational background. Took about 15 - 20 minutes; I then was given a number sequencing/matching test with a 4 minute time limit for each test.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Uline (Brampton, ON) in Apr 2015
Interview
4 assessmets sent via email 5 days before the interview, very tricky ones (2 for personality, 1 for sales skill and a writing test). 2 short on site tests minutes before the interview. 20+ interviewees. Seems they were trying to finish the whole thing as fast as they can, for I saw at least 6 interviewers, wearing all different kinds of uniforms. The interview itself had nothing special, routine questioins. My interviewer was wearing warehouse uniform and definitely not from HR. Everything went quite well. 5 days later, a email came in saying they passed on me. No surprise from what I read from other reviews about this hiring session at Uline. They are now still hiring!
