I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2022
Interview
Relatively easy process. First was digital recording (interview) of yourself answering questions. Second was 15 minute pre-screening call with Recruiter. Basically asked a few questions about me. Third was the interview with the hiring manager. Pretty in-depth, with 7 behavioral questions and 2 role-play scenarios sent ahead of the meeting for practice.

Interview
I applied via Indeed. Received an email to complete the assessment, which took an hour. Then I received an email the next day that I passed the assessment and was invited to do an interview. At this point, I still don’t have any idea what the pay would be. I do the interview and the first thing she does is play a recording of their “COVID-19 Policy”, which states you have to be fully vaccinated. It also stated that they don’t hire you based on your COVID-19 vaccination status, they’ll work out the Covid stuff like exemptions after your hired. Once the recording was over, she asked me if I’m okay with their COVID-19 policy. I said no I’m not, because I’m not vaccinated nor will I get vaccinated. Why do I need a Covid-19 vaccination if I’m going to work from home??? So she said we cannot proceed with the interview then. To me, this makes no sense.
