I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Hoover, AL) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was a good experience. I was a bit nervous and my interviewer could tell I was nervous and shy so he breathed in and out with me and gave me some encouraging words to calm me down and asked me to continue when I was ready. He took his time with me and he was very sweet.

Interview
This is more about the process. May sure you ask questions. I got hired in February for an April start date. I was told the shift was 11am-8pm CST for training but it would change once I completed training. I was also required to have a speed of 50 mbps for my internet. In March, someone texts me and tells me that my start date will be pushed back 2 weeks because they were just doing the the background check. That took about 2 weeks. I reached out to my recruiter (who was garbage and didn't respond) and then the person who texted me to see if I should look for other opportunities. I pass the background. Great. I fill out the questionnaire they sent over asking about your internet and for you to send a picture of your modem. I go to the hour long info session where they once again mention the internet requirements. Fine because I have 50mpbs. I find out in this session that the training is actually 12-8pn and those are the hours you will more than likely have for the entire time you work there or until you get enough seniority to change. 12 days before I'm to start, someone texts me and asks me to send a picture of the back of my modem. Turns out I have DSL and they require cable or fiber which I can't get because I can only use ATT and they don't offer either of those in my area. So now I need to find a job like yesterday. You'd think that for a communications company they'd be able to communicate.

Question 1
They send over 2 scenarios for you to go over before you interview and if the interviewer believes you're qualified, they will role play.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon (Battle Ground, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was a fairly quick interview process. I did the survey and testing. Answered the video questions. I will say my actual interview via blue jeans was an hour long interview. Though it didn’t feel that way it was overall a great interview.
