Verizon Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Was done via Zoom. Pretty average questions asked. No trick questions was asked. Manager was nice and friendly. I was able to select the time I wanted to interview. Had to test my computer, audio, and video prior to interview. This was for a remote position.

The interview process was typical. First to the preliminary, which is usually on zoom. Then you would be required to do a second interview if you pass the first round. Finally will be the third interview with your leader.
