Verizon Customer Service Representative interview questions

In-person interview where I was asked situation-based questions. Interview was cold, no chit chat or casual conversation. They asked the question, silently wrote down the answer, then asked the next question. I never received any communication afterwards - I was not provided a rejection or an offer. They ghosted me, despite sending the recruiter emails.
