After initially applying, they will email you an assessment to complete. If you pass the assessment, they will then contact you to set up a phone interview, and if you do well on that., they will contact you to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview is very standard. STAR/behavioral questions, and a few scenarios of role playing

Interview
Phone interview wasn’t difficult, they wanted to verify information included on your resume. In person interview was standard. There was a lot of role playing involved where you responded to different customers. Wanted to make sure you can show empathy and probe.
