I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon (Chandler, AZ)
Interview
Applied online through their website, within three days recieved an email to do online assessments. Two days later, recieved an email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was about an hour long, went over job description and duties, along with a few behavior questions & ending in 2 role plays. Process was simple and forward. After said phone interview, we scheduled a day for a Face-to-Face interview. In person interview lasted roughly 30mins, which includes the tour of the facility. Brief over view of job description, 2 behavior & 2 role plays. Not even 2 hours after the interview I recieved a phone call from HR regarding my offer. I accepted!
Over all a straight forward interview, not too long of a process. Notified quick with an offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a frustrated customer and had to keep your composure.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Alpharetta, GA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied online, received a call from a recruiter about 2 weeks later, then an in person interview a week after that. At the in person interview I was told I would hear a response within a week. I emailed the recruiter that day to thank her and the interviewer for their time, didn't get any kind of response. After 10 days of not hearing anything, I emailed the recruiter to ask for more information, again no response. About 15 minutes after I sent that email they updated my application status to 'no longer recruiting'. The process, in general, was pretty professional. The follow up was not. I've never applied for a job that demanded a very strict 90 day commitment , only to act cowardly about the follow up. I had to re-schedule things, cancel appointments and shift my life around in anticipation of having to be completely dedicated for 90 days. I can only wonder how long it would have been if I didn't ask. Inconsiderate and downright unprofessional - you would be well-served to follow up on your own if you find yourself in a similar situation.
