Verizon Customer Service Representative interview questions

Got to the interview on time, watched as each candidate that arrived after me go for their interview same interview finally comes and states "oh no one ever came?" waited an hour in the lobby to be denied... unprofessional

The overall process wasn’t that bad. The interview was over the phone, so I was a little nervous and I guess the interviewer felt that. The position afterall was a work from home and I’m the end my nerves got the best of me.
